Help: Preordering iPhone 5 for new customers.

I'm a new customer. I don't have anything to upgrade, any numbers to port. No old or current cell phone contracts with any company.

What do I need to do to prep? I want to preorder two iPhone 5s on a family plan on AT&T.

Do I need to set up an AT&T account before hand? Can I even do that without phones?

Might just want to call your local AT&T store, they might be able to assist you better than any of us can.

apple.com during the pre order Friday you can open a new line of service. You can choose which carrier and plan you want at that time. If you want to stick with your existing carrier you can enter your info (phone #, zip code, last 4 digits of ss# and a password if you have one to access your account)
