HELP! Printing on OS X 10.7.2

So I know this should be the most simple thing to do, but I can't find the setting to print in B&W anywhere in OS X 10.7.2. How in the world do I print black and white? I feel like I'm insane not being able to find the setting...

Please help. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: This is happening in ANY app. Preview, Safari, Pages, etc...

If you need some help why don't you tell us or anyone with best knowledge about your brand name of your printer or model number?

I have a Canon AIO printer I just can't remember how I am able to print black and white because my printer is out of color ink.

You should be able to print with the generic postscript printer driver. Or is this some weird office setup that requires all drivers and stuff to be in place?
