Help problem with my iphone will not connect to itunes

So I tried to update my iphone to the new iso5. And stupidly I hit restore instead of update. So ok its went through the restore stuff and now it will not connect to itunes and just has the wheel on the phone goes to the apple then goes back to the wheel. Is there anything I can do to get this to work?
