HELP: QuickTime plugin not working correctly?

I'm sure a few of you are familiar with Subsonic, there should be a window there with the track list/cover art but all of a sudden this morning I got some popup from Chrome saying something along the lines of "would you like the QuickTime plugin to always run on this site?" so I clicked yes and then here we are. I don't understand.

EDIT: Just uninstalled a Subsonic app and this appeared again:
