[Help] RAM Usage Suddenly Decreasing.

Hey guys, I had a problem regarding RAM. My RAM usage always decreasing immediately after i opened 6-7 tab on chrome. And as you can see I only open chrome apps and if attempt to open other apps my mac osx will become more slower and sometimes it's freezing for a couple of minute. Is anyone know how to fix this problem?

Here is the pic for better explanation.

Before : I had 943 MB of RAM
