help! reattach thumbnails to photos

Hi all,

Is anyone aware of a way to reattach thumbnails to photos? I used iPhoto Diet a while back to delete the thumbnail images to save space on my drive but now I realize I'm not happy with the choice I made. Is there an app that can reattach like iPhoto detached and deleted?

The rebuild function built into iPhoto can put them back.
