I've been switching around between the beta and iOS 4 a lot recently, mostly because of a little research I was doing. Now I'm back on iOS 4, probably until the official release and update. I decided that my iPad had been feeling cluttered before, and since I didn't really have anything important on it - restored it from blank and set it up as a new device.

However, now I do realize that there is one document that I would like to save. I know it's kept in one of the backups I have, but I'm not sure which and I don't want to go installing and trying all of them - is there a way to find your iPad backup and look through it for a missing document? Thank you!
