Help recovering photos and video

My daughter deleted some pics and video from my iPhone. Is there a way to recover them? If so how do I do it? Do I download something to my phone or do I do it to my computer and then sync
 
Unless you're an absolute wizkid a computer forensic firm is yr only choice. OR, you simply sync them back from you computer via iTunes =)
