Help - Recreate Playlist and Import Ratings from iPod

I did a dumb thing - I only backed up the iTunes songs folder from my iTunes library and my hard drive crashed. While I have all of my music, I no longer have my playlists and song ratings.

Is there any way to import these playlists and ratings from an iPod that I previously synched?
