Hi,

I just washed two of my mesh caps (the metal bit that screws in) and the front part of it came off. I rubbed it a little in the warm water which may have caused that to happen :(

They weren't fixable so now I'm stuck with in ear headphones without any mesh caps. I have already used my two spare mesh caps that came with the headphones originally and I'm pretty sure they got thrown out after a lot of use.

My headphones are way out of warranty, so calling AppleCare is a no go. From what I can tell these can't be bought, so what am I to do? I don't really want to spend another $120 (AU) when the broken parts would only cost a few dollars.
