A friend of mine has a mac book pro, he has formatted his harddisk and installed windows 7 professional on his mac book pro. ( no more osx ) only windows 7 on the hard disk. He has problems with his camera, screen resolution, keyboard etc.
I think due to not having proper windows 7 drivers for his mac book.He has his original cd/dvds for mac osx and one disk for applications

I tried to do a fresh install of osx on the hard disk, but was not successful.

1. How can I install the correct drivers while in windows 7as Win7 is the only os on the disk.

2. can I go back and format disk and fresh install osx and on a partition windows 7.

3. don't have access to another mac book with osx to format this windows 7/ntfs formatted drive

Thanks

did u succeed on installing OS X back?

i'm having a same problem here, trying to install OS X back on my mac book pro.
please share any insights if you have made it happen! ^^

Boot into Windows
Place OS X Install CD in the SuperDrive
Go to "Computer" in the Start Menu
Click on OS X Install Disk
Hold SHIFT+F10 on the keyboard
Select Explore
Bootcamp > Drivers > Setup.exe

Run it, it'll install the drivers for all of the hardware in your Macbook Pro.
