Does anyone know how to remove this icon from the menubar? I have a button next to the URL bar that does the same thing and it's a bit redundant to have that there. Plus, it's ugly. I've searched preferences and forums and such and can't find how to get rid of it.

I just got it too after the 1password update. I don't really mind it if it wasn't so ugly. It's pretty cool how it quickly opens up a bookmark and logs you in at the same time.

Based on comments here from the developer, it was a mistake in the beta and will either be removed or cleaned up for the final release of this version.

Yes, that was a mistake. Sorry, folks!

It was supposed to be a new (and optional) feature in version 2.9.
We will release an update later today or tomorrow to fix this.

Thanks roustk. I love seeing you over at TUAW and now here. It's good to see that kind of support for an app. I think 1Password is one of the most loved shareware apps of all time.
