help repairing my lock screen

so i installed a theme onto my phone and i ended up not likeing it. Well now i dont have the time and date on the lock screen like im supposed to. How do i get it back to normal. Please help. This is what it looks like now. I want it back to what it is supposed to be. Thanks guys.

Check in your settings to see if there is "Lock Screen Clock Hide". If it's not in your Settings, check in Cydia's installed packages.

you sir, are my hero. thank you. the theme was cool if i could get it to work but it installed all sorts of extra stuff so im trying to get my phone back to normal.
