Under the Sea
ive noticed my hard drive making clunking sounds every once in a while.
i have to tap my powerbook to make it stop...

so i think its time for a new Hard drive.

i have a 17"powerbook G4 1.33

is it easy to replace the hard drive myself???
and how would i get all my files on the new hard drive???

do i have to get the same type of hard drive or
can i get a bigger and faster one???
thanks for your time and help:eek:

It's not the easiest thing in the world to do, but definitely possible to do yourself. I upgraded my 15" PB to a 160GB drive. Quite a good thread and links/tips/experiences right here.
