Help request: iCal invitations

When I send meeting invitations from iCal to my co workers using Outlook (all via Exchange), the meeting invitations open in a new calendar (i..e. not my coworkers main calendar, but a separate calendar tab in Outlook).

I could really use some advice on how to fix it - and ideas?
