HELP REQUIRED TO JB iTouch 2.2.1

Hi guys,

Just need some help regarding a JB i'm attempting!

I have an iTouch which is gen 1 but has been upgraded (legit) to 2.2.1 and want to know how to JB it!

I have an iPhone which is 2.2.1 which I succesfully JB last week but the iTouch seem's harder to do for some reason.

I will be using quickPwn to JB it but after I restore the iTouch to 2.2.1 from iTunes, then run quickPwn, I can't seem to find the restore software!! I have iTunes V8.

My first question is can I JB it this way? and secondly where is the restore software stored from iTunes when downloaded?
