with tinyumbrella..any other way? i sold this phone on ebay and need to leave it on 4.2.1. thanks for your help.
 
I can only speak for the 3G iPad but I imagine Apple also updated the baseband on the iPhone making downgrading impossible. Only bet would be the greenpois0n jailbreak as that forced my iPad to boot with the newer baseband on 4.2.1.
 
nevermind, found a file fix on his website...thanks anyways!
