Help! Restoring a 3GS from 3.1.3 jailbroken.

I'm selling my 3GS that's running 3.1.3 (jailbroken), and unlocked..
Also.. for the unlock, I just run ultrasn0w in Cydia, reboot, and I'm good to go? If so, then I'm all set.

I can't restore back to 3.1.3 apparently since Apple stopped signing the firmware.

How can I erase everything off the phone so its as good as new to the person I sell it to?

In the same boat. Selling tomorrow my Jailbroken (with Spirit) iPhone 3GS running 3.1.3 Any help wiping the phone and going back to 3.1.3 and then unlocking with UltraSn0w?
 
If your 3GS on 3.1.3 is JB without using spirit and without a tethered JB you can then create a custom 4.0 IPSW with pwnage tool and restore to that thru itunes.
If not then you cant restore without losing your JB and unlock for now.
Try to manually delete your stuff off the iphone or something.
 
Couldn't I go: General>Reset>Erase All Content And Settings, Reset All Settings, Reset Network Settings, and then JB with Spirit, and then unlock with ultrasn0w? Or will using the Reset panel ask me to go to iTunes and then force me to restore to iOS4?

Nope.
Erase all content and settings deletes the OS also.
So you will need to restore it thru itunes and force to go to 4.0 in order for the phone to boot up again.
 
Damn, ok. If I delete everything on the surface level, apps, email settings, photos, etc. do I still risk releasing personal info deeper down in the OS to someone once I sell it?

Do I have any other options right now?

Yes, once you edited your hosts file to redirect to cydias server.
Then you can download 3.1.3 for the 3GS and restore to that.
Then JB with spirit and unlock with ultrasnow.
Setup as new, dont restore from backup.
