help restoring aqua?

I like a dummy installed whiteout (which removes brushed appearance) and found out that it isn't fully compatible with tiger. Now I can't uninstall it. The uninstaller pkg does not work in tiger. How do I restore aqua to normal. I know that I can apply an aqua theme over the hacked one with shapeshifter but I would rather have aqua back to normal without any theme changing apps.
Anyone know how I can restore aqua to normal? Or does anyone know the what the original aqua resource file is called in Tiger? I want to try and manually uninstall whiteout if possible.

Whiteout replaces /System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/HIToolbox.framework/Versions/A/Resources/Extras.rsrc

The original should have been renamed to /System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/HIToolbox.framework/Versions/A/Resources/Extras.rsrc.orig
