Sitrep:
iCloud backup from my 6+ 9.1 beta 2.
Trying to restore to my 6s+ 9.1 beta 2. Home screen loads, first few apps load but do not install and then it hangs. For about a day now (with multiple wipes and attempts). I've also noticed no image attachments from messages app are downloading either. Its like there is a block somewhere and I need to find it so I can force the process to continue.
Does anyone have any ideas? Tried turn off iCloud photo library in case it was updating that but no dice...I also for some reason cannot do an iTunes backup - my phone just disconnects before the process starts and iTunes errors out. Very weird.
Any help ASAP would be appreciated!
