help: ripping dvd with handbrake

ripping a store bought DVD using hb.
the DVD has three different shows on it.
if i only want to rip one of the shows onto my hard drive, how would i go about it?

the dvd was split into 7 chapters and i couldn't figure out a way to to only rip the show i want. is there a preview or something i missed?
