Help ! Safari download plugin

I installed safari download Plugin for ios 5 and now I can't stream videos I uninstalled it and it's still somehow still in my phone. Anyone know how to remove it completely? I also get an error code when uninstalling it then I have to forcibly remove it, but when i try to stream it still downloads the video.

Same Problem here..

Experiencing same problem, plugin never worked anyway, cydia had problem removing, gave option to forcibly remove, re-installed and uninstalled, restarted, re-sprang, nothing just an icon indicating a video file with an option to open in ifile. Anyone know about what safari files may have options related to the action it takes when encountring a video file.
