Help Safari keeps sending Downloads to the Trash

Hi Guys,

I just noticed that Safari is sending downloads to the trash can even though as you can see below it is supposed to go to the downloads folder????

Every download? Or only ZIP files?
And as you have a developer version of an unreleased OS, or some call it beta, not meant for public use, have you reported your findings to Apple yet or discussed it in the Developer fora?

Have you tried downloading not terrible files?

Safari: "Nope. That's terrible, you don't need that." /trash
