Just plugged in my new iPhone 5s into my laptop and iTunes has pulled up asking me if I want to set up as a new iPhone or Restore from my backup on my iPhone 4 last night. The only changes I have made to the new iPhone 5s is download the free apps it gives you (iMovie, Pages, Keynote, etc.).

So I am not sure which option to choose. Please help me MacRumors peers!

Do you want everything you had on your 4 on your 5s? If yes, then restore from backup. If not, and you want to manually add your apps and music, apple id, etc, then set up as new.

Will I lose the apps I just downloaded (Keynote, etc.)? As long as there is a way to get those back then I will restore. Sorry, this is my second iPhone so I am still a little new to this.
