The Settings app navigation is greyed out, what do I do?

Can you go to other parts of settings on the screen? What about restarting the phone?

Well thats the same picture... Anyway hold the home button and the sleep button until you see the apple logo.

Ohhhhhhhh..... That changes everything. Did the hard reset work?

The battery ran out and now it's blue again.

Probably just a bug
