Help! Shortcuts details and image email

hi I have been working on this shortcut so I could report things to the local council(s).

I have most of it down. But I can actually attach the image to the email.

Quick process:-

Select type of issue
Select image
Get location of image
Write text and fill with variables
Send email.

Any help would be really appreciated
