Help. Should I get AppleCare?

My apple care for my iphone expires soon i was wondering if i should renew it if a new is coming out in september

If you plan on keeping your iPhone and you feel you're going to need the AppleCare, then yes. If you plan on getting the iPhone 5, don't bother.

How much is the apple care? I had the original Iphone for 2 years dropped it all the time never had a problem. I have had the 3gs for a couple of years, never had a problem, even with a little crack in on the face (drop it all the time). My wife had her 3gs for 2 months, dropped it flat on its face and $200.00 later she had a new phone. A month later they came out with the iphone 4. If you have an old phone that the sim card can go into use that until you get the new phone if your existing phone were to break.

It extends the warranty from the original purchase date. Lasts two years. $69 + tax
