iOS Help Signing Existing .app

Hi Guys,

I'm not a developer. I have an existing .app which is basically a flash/html 5 flipbook packaged out of a program called AnyFlip. I enrolled and have a developer account, I need help figuring out how to sign the .app so when I send out the dropbox link to colleagues it doesnt pop up with the gatekeeper message.

How can I sign this thing? Thank you!
