Need answers....someone got ahold of pictures I had loaded on my iphone. The only way I can figure this out is that they accessed my icloud account. Is this possible? Marriage at stake here.

if your iCloud account password has been entered on other iDevice(s) then yes a person can view photos.

If your iTunes password is easily guessed, you're probably screwed.

If you are being blackmailed, talk to a lawyer.

Reap what you sow, ol' boy. Begging for forgiveness is your only hope.

If your pictures are up on photostream (via iCloud), then gaining access to your iCloud account will allow the person to get your photos

Spoken like a lawyer

Well... do you have better advice? Going to the cops would be an obvious alternative, save for the fact that they have no obligation for confidentiality. Plus, depending on the details of the blackmailing and where all this is happening, local cops might not have jurisdiction.

Given the apparent sensitivity of the photos to which OP alludes, I would hope that an attorney would be able to minimize the damage while addressing the crime being committed (if indeed that's what's going on).

I hope we hear back from OP with more about what's happening and what he is doing about it.

Wasn't aiming at you it was meant as a joke. Joke aside your post is very informative that I would take your advice too.

Curious, how did you know the OP is a he?

Well, I don't, and I actually struck-over a "he or she" in my reply since (1) it seemed awkward and (2) let's face it, this is the sort of pickle guys get into, when they get their pickle into... nevermind.
