Well it started cuz i was playing Mac Chess, so the game froze and quit unexpectedly and the speech application came out, then all programs that i have that uses the ESC button on not fullscreen mode i cant use them cuz the damm program wont close, so i DELETED ALL documents for speech hoping for an uninstall (i restarted the mac before doing this) but it stills there, ive tried everything, but wont close, 
help plz
is just annoying i tried the apple+cmd+esc thing and wasnt listed. i deleted by mistake the Speech Preferences. so i cant unbid that key =( help... ty.~
