help speeding up icab

my system:
G3 b/w 350, 512mb ram,Running os 9.2.2, icab ver 2.9.9 and i set up a 10mb ramdisk for It to cache pages to.
It seems to get a bit slow when i start to flip between two open tabs and surffing
Any tips on settings I can tweek In icab or os 9.2.2??
