im on a 6s on 9.0.1 and my springboard has gone to huge gaps between rows, almost enough for another row of icons. Any idea what may have caused this?

It's jailbroken and all the tweaks have been working in perfect harmony until I ran iCleaner and then the springboard went wonky.
