Help-Still can't upgrade 2019 MBP to Big Sur

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to upgrade since last week, and I'm still getting an error following the download reaching 12.18gb/12.18gb. I spoke to Apple support and they don't seem to know what's going on and advised I go to the Apple store to see if they can help. Appreciate any tips that you guys have!

have you tired deleting the "application" in applications and downloading again. probable corruption somewhere. try standard stuff first before panicking too much.
