iPhone help! stuck on blank screen with apple

I just downloaded ios7 on my iphone 4 and itunes said the whole thing was complete...it says i currently have ios7. After the download, my phone is stuck on a blank screen with the white apple in the middle. it sometimes flashes really quick. is my phone done for?

Did you try putting it in DFU mode and restore back to iOS 6?
