hi everyone

yesterday my macbook pro 13" (2.26 Ghz) worked fine and today its stuck on the startup screen, my Windows Partition worked fine however.

i then proceed to Single User Mode, and use the fsck thing, it kept showing

"Incorrect number of thred recordings
(4,29939)"

I tried fsck for a few more times and it can't fix it up. I then use my Macbook Install Disc, I opened Disk Utility and selected my Hard Drive, on the "First Aid" page everything had been greyed out, I am unable to repair permission or verify disk etc.

I then proceed to reinstall my Macbook, however when I need to select a Destination, it says my Mac side needs to be erased.

Is there anyway around this? Also when selecting the Startup disk (In the installation disc), both my Macbook and Windows partition are not showing up

sorry for it being quite long, but im quite desperate to get my macbook fixed

thx
