Okay, I hold down the reset button in the back and natta. I lost my username and password and would like to access it. I just need to reset my username/password for my router.

By holding the reset, doesn't the router reset to factory defaults? I think it does, which means your password and settings are now reset.

Have to hold it for a certain period of time. Like 10-15 secs.

yeah weird, i guess i didn't hold it down long enough. but thanks, there is some great info there.

Also, I am trying to upgrade the firmware and it keeps kicking it off. Is there a trick to it?

On the router, wired and on wireless (I have tried) and it never finishes uploading the file, keeps saying upgrade are failed. I have the 8.2.bin file which doesn't seem to work. I am confused because it seems like it should.
