HELP! transfer iPhone backup into new iphone on different computer.

So... I had an iphone backup (old iphone that i sold) in my Mac that i transfered to PC (the file) because i sold my mac. Now i just got a new iphone 4 and wanted to transfer the backup that i saved into my PC into my iphone. How do i do this? When i plug in my iphone 4 it only shows the backups of iphones that i have actually synced with the PC. Thanks
