I have an old Emac at home, running OS10.3.9. My old iPod died and the new iPod nano (8gb) of course, is not compatible.

Going for the cheapest way out, I used a Gizmo to transfer my itunes library to my office PC. It worked, I thought. The library (listing of songs) is all there, on my office PC.

(BTW. I love Macs, just can't afford a new one)

I also updated to iTunes 8. When I tryed to sync the new iPod to the windows iTunes, I get a message the original files could not be found.

All I want to do is upload my iTunes library to my new iPod.

What to do? I recycled my old iPod so I no longer have it. My library is still on my old at-home mac. Is the syncing not working because of the upgrade to iTunes 8?

Thanks in advance

Never mind folks, I figured it out. Sorry, don't know how to delete this question.
