HELP!!!! Trying to convert .rm files to something that can be used on iweb!

I have these two videos that are silent in .rm format that needed to be converted into mp4 or mov or something that can be used on iWeb. I've tried everything; ffmegx (gives me some 0kb garbage file) divxx converter (doesn't work) video cleaner demo on a pc (no success yet). Has anyone been able to successfully convert a .rm file to something useful?
