Help, trying to update to 4.3.5 from unlocked 4.2.1...

Hello,

I had 4.2.1 on my phone (3Gs) and deployed to Iraq. Prior to deployment, I unlocked my phone on 4.2.1 using Cydia. Now that I am back, I attempted to update it to 4.3.5 and now when it "Restores" it goes to the original "hook to iTunes" screen and is stuck on stupid from there. I have received the error code of "1015".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mostly likely had to because 4.1/4.2.1 3GS jailbreak require the 6.15.00 BB from the iPad. In this case, he is going to need a custom firmware.

Thanks for the tips guys....bit the bullet and now have a paperweight 3Gs and brand new 32GB IP4...

you have to create a custom firmware with pwnage tool because you have an iPad Baseband
