Hey guys, quick question here. I've been rocking iOS Betas since iOS 5 and have never had this problem. Basically, I was running iOS 8 Beta 2 until I cracked the screen of my 5S, so I had to get a new 5S. I registered my UDID, downloaded the Beta 2 .ipsw and placed my iPhone 5S into DFU mode. Now here's where I'm stuck. Normally I hold "Option + Left Click" on the "Restore" tab in iTunes and it brings up Finder in which case I select the .ipsw file. Only it won't bring up finder and instead says that "This iPhone will restore and update"...back to iOS 7.1.1. Does anyone have any ideas what's going on? Why can't I get finder to show up in iTunes?

What I'm working with:
1. iPhone 5S with UDID registered
2. rMBP with Yosemite Beta (Maybe the problem?)
3. Latest version of iTunes

Thanks so much for your help guys!

Whoops, I meant left click, not right. Anyway, I fixed it by downgrading Yosemite to Mavericks and it worked like a charm. Thanks for your help man!
