HELP! Unable to Update To Beta 3, UDID Registered and still receiving error

I'm using itunes 10.5 beta 3 and have iOS 5.0 beta 3 downloaded and I'm trying to do the update on my mac. UDID is registered and when I do "check for update" it gives me error 3002. When I try restore it tells me the iPhone isn't eligible for the requested build. Yes I hold down the option button on my mac to manually select the new iOS software. Any suggestions on how to push beta 3 through?
