help unlocking ios 5.1 on iphone 3gs

Yesterday I followed the online instruction to jailbreak my iphone 3gs with BB 5.16.05 to 6.15.00 with ios 4.1. GPS works well. Now I follows the new instruction to upgrade ios 4.1 to 5.1, GPS can't work under ios 5.1 after jailbreak. anyone can give me a solution? thanks.
