Help! Unrelsoved kernel trap message!

I have an original iMac DV 400Mhz, on which I installed Mac OS 10.1.3 on one partition and Mac OS 9.2.2 on another partition. When I am in Mac OS X, I get a Unresolved kernal trap message along with system freeze. I tested the RAM and clicked the CPU reset button. Any help is appreciated.
