When I boot the laptop from shutdown state or resuming/awakening, it quickly goes to the login screen as normal but the keyboard seem unresponsive, but not completely:
Only Every like 5-7 seconds I'm able to enter a keystroke. Using those time windows I'm able to enter the password and successful login, Once I login, the laptop works perfectly fine and stable and It happens every time I reboot , shutdown or awakening the computer , I tried booting in Safe Mode and it didn't seem to have the same problem.
Have anybody experienced a similar issue? or Have any solution/advice to this issue?
