After recent upgrade from OS9 to OSX when I try to access files on a winnt network I keep getting an" unexpected end of file error" when I am saving to a network folder the files are saving but they are corrupted. I am also having varios problems with Quark but the main one is I cant copy text from wordX either by importing text or by simply copy+paste!! Either or both apps crash please heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp!!!!

can the files be opened ok in winnt? or is this a mac os 9/x specific issue?

i might suggest a bigger/faster hdd and a dual boot setup... classic mode is lame...

If you are going too use Quark and other classic programs.. use OS 9 until Quark for X is released. Quark has many problems with classic.

Quark never ran properly for me in Classic either...hence I started using InDesign which worked beautifully...

good advice above...only run those types of programs in OS 9...

in my opinion...Classic is about as useful as a tampon...
