help (Upgrading iBook SE 466MHz?)

help anybody
my brother sent me a G3 466 limeand white with firwire
free so i said yeah i,ll check it out

im a windows user but im likeing mac alot better
but i cant get to use it or update it because it didnt come with any disks

does anybody have a disk for my mac

also im thinking about upgrading it big time
more mem
more space
wireless
ect...

what external harddrive shout i get
what wireless do i get
whats the best mem

For one thing, you might have problems with wireless – that model (which I think I'm right in assuming is one of the old clamshell iBooks) doesn't support the new Airport Extreme cards. You need one of the original Airport cards, which unfortunately Apple doesn't produce any more – you can find them on ebay but they very often go for a high price.

what about a usb adapter

can i use a usb adapter ?

it does have firewire also

is it worth it to upgade this clam

about 200 to 300

any thoughts
