I have a 2011 2.0 quad core 15" MBP with 4gb of RAM. I want to upgrade it to 8 GB RAM but don't want to pay 200 $ at the apple store. Does anyone know where can I buy online a 8 GB of RAM that will work "Perfect" with the 15"? Will this bring problems to my mac?

you should be fine with one of these....

Those prices are way lower than in an Apple store. They aren't going to do anything bad to my mac right?

Why do people still ask this question? Apple doesn't make RAM but they will sell it at an inflated price. If the RAM is of the correct specs for your model computer it will work fine. Even wrong RAM won't harm a computer, it just won't work.

If you have a Micro Center local, check there. I purchased my 2 4Gb sticks for I think $42 a piece. So pretty comparable to online prices and you don't have to wait on shipping.
