[Help] Using Date on iPhone 4S abroad

Hi,

I have a question, and I'm hoping one of you guys can help me out. I have an AT&T iPhone 4S (Jailbroken, running on 5.1.1); I was just wondering, can I unlock my iPhone or what is the best way to unlock the iPhone 4S? I plan on using data in Mexico, but the plans available with AT&T are not ~ sufficient (haha).
