My thanks to those who take the time to answer questions on this forum! I've only been on here a very short time but have found many detailed responses which go quite a ways towards answering the questions asked.
Here's my request...
I'm a contractor who has in the past used hand held cameras (sony cybershot 12.1), to provide my client base with videos of their building surfaces and the prblems therein.
I'm now ready to move up.
My IT is suggesting a mac lap with keyboard to use in tandem with my PC monitor (our business docs are keep on a PC network).
The mac lap (I'm asking you what model and software would be best?) will then be used with a legitimate camcorder (I'm asking you again what camcorder would be best?).
Again, I'm a contractor who is expanding into more specific video building reports which will allow me more editing leeway as well as better quality.
As a side note, are there any video narrating guides for use in my application. I'm not in need of extremely detailed pointers but would certainly benefit from some sort of basic course to help assure my narrative efforts are conveyed in the most professional manner possible.
